Scion GCMS 8700 SQ

The SCION 8700  SQ-MS is designed for today's fast analytical laboratory. Innovative design features such as a lens-free ion path, heated ion optics, and an extended dynamic range (EDR) detector enable the SCION SQ to provide accurate quantification and identification on a routine basis, even in complex matrices. As ions pass through a mass spectrometer, a significant portion is lost each time they encounter a lens. Due to its unique design, the SCION SQ has no lens thus increasing the sensitivity of the instrument by reducing ion losses. Another big advantage of having no lenses is the source is the only part to clean, so you can spend more time analyzing samples and less time maintaining the instrument. The SQ is integrated with our SCION 8300 and 8500 GC as a single or as an additional detector.


Scion 8500GC

When your needs call for more features or you want room to upgrade, the SCION 8500 easily fills your needs. Supporting three inlet positions and four detectors (including the mass spectrometer) with completely independent access, no other GC system offers this capability. Scion 8500 GC is the platform for over 50 different analyzers configured for oil, petrochemical and specialty gas applications. A staff of highly experienced chromatographers can assist you in building a custom analyzer to meet any application need. The perfect GC for many applications that saves space without compromising features and performance. The capability for 3 injectors, 3 GC detectors plus a mass spectrometer makes the SCION 8500 a perfect partner for your analyses. A 9-inch touchpad provides direct access to all GC functions and basic setup.

The SCION 8900 TQ-MS has a small footprint but does not compromise on quality. It offers superior sensitivity and robustness based on innovative ion optics and fast and easy method development. Paired with our outstanding GC instruments, the SCION 8900 TQ-MS system sets a new standard in usability for quantitative analysis. Available in two models, the SCION 8900 TQ-MS offers a flexible solution for any laboratory.
